On 26 June 2009, the Ministry of Science and Technique issued Circular No. 18/2009/TT-BKHCN on promulgating and implementing the National technical regulation on safety of toys.
Since 15 April 2010, domestic manufactured toys and imported toys are allowed to circulate on the market after getting the standardize certification, standardize announcement and standardize stamped according to this Regulation only.
The Circular was published on Official Gazette on 29 August 2009 and take effect 45 days since then.
